Ingredients
- 1/2 mashed banana (2oz)
- 1/2 c old fashioned oats
- 1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level 1 Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder
- 1t. vanilla extract
- 2t walnut pieces
- pinch of salt
- 2t walden farms syrup
Directions
1) Add all ingredients into a small mixing bowl
2) Stir to combine well
3) Spoon mixture in a jar or bowl and seal/cover and place in the fridge overnight
Enjoy hot or cold in the morning!
